Breathe Easier Chest Oil

The Balsam Fir (Abies balsamea) and Spruce (Picea mariana) are a soothing and balancing respiratory pair to the highly expectorant properties of the Eucalyptus globulus, citriodora, and radiata.  Cedar (Cedrus deodara) moves everything: chi, blood and lymph. Warming and Drying.

I often craft salves for respiratory ailments but I have left this blend as an oil.  I feel that its aroma is longer lasting, more concentrated, and that it has a higher absorption rate in this form.

Apply liberally to chest and neck.
